Hello my lovely readers, A very Good Morning to all of you and a very warm welcome once again on my behalf. First of all, once again I would like to thank all of you for supporting my blog as a newbie and also for commenting, sharing your views, your social bookmarks, ReTweets and for each and every way you’ve helped me so far that today I am sharing this such a wonderful news!
I am feeling very proud, happy and it is my pleasure to let you all know that yesterday, i.e. August 31st 2010, this blog has entered into 100k Alexa rankings and it might not seem a huge success but for me it is surely a matter of pride and inspiration and motivation if I have to add because I love my blog.
Today, this blog has completed 8 months in this blogging world and I am very happy to see my blog in 100k alexa rankings now. I don’t know if it took 8 months long time to enter into 100k alexa or it is a right time to enter into this club but whatever it is, I am very happy to be here and now I will be trying to make it better and better day by day.
On this occasion, I would like to announce a give away. From this month, I am giving away 2 ad spots of 125*125 each for the top commentator of the month for my blog. End of the every month, I will be contacting the top 2 commentators and will be asking to send me their banners and I will be placing them on my sidebar with a “Do-Follow” link and they will be available sitewide on every page of my site. This site had 20k + unique visits and 33k+ pageviews so this will mean a lot to the winner of this giveaway.
This month’s top commentator award has been given to DailyBlogging and CompTalks and they have been contacted and I have received their banners which I will be putting after publishing this article.
This month’s traffic stats were quite impressive as I registered 80% growth as compared to last month as per my Google Analytics stats and have increased my search engine traffic by 10% over the last month. For this month, I am looking forward to get more traffic via search engine rather than social bookmarking and social networkings so I will not be promoting much on those sites and will try to get more exposure in search engines.
So, once again I would like to thank all the readers, well wishers, friends and each and every person who have helped me achieve my small target and I promise, “The story is not over yet”

Btw, it's nice to see that you have changed the comment system to the default WordPress system. I prefer this over other systems. Nice giveaway too…will try to grab one spot in the coming month.

well this is what my problem is! I can deactivate intensedebate but I can't remove it completely because if I do that, I will lose all my comments. So if you find any solution regarding this, please do let me know
Is that so? But Intense Debate says that comments are also backed-up in your WordPress comment system by data synchronization, so uninstalling will not delete all th comments.

yes! what they say is something different from what I experienced because when I deactivate the plugin, in the post, it does show "6 responses" but when I scroll down to comment section, I find nothing
so I have sent one support mail to intensedebate and hope they will reply positively

Its nice to win a contest,which in the first place I didn't know . Btw,congrates for crossing 100k in Alexa, I did it way back and then due to lack of time and all never improved Alexa, but visitors increased many folds.
