Twitter is becoming a very important service for people who want to make their online presence strong and want to get connected to number of people at once. For that, you must have to make a strong follower base by sending regular tweets and sometimes it is difficult to keep sending those regular tweets and for this task to be done automatically, there are some online tools available which I am listing down. As usual, I hope you all will love it.
1. Hootsuite
Hootsuite is a fully featured web twitter client having a feature of scheduling tweet. I personally use it because it has got some rich features which I don’t find in the Twitter web version like columns, tweet to multiple social networking sites at once, url shortener.

2. Socialoomph
Socialoomph provides free and premium services to send scheduled tweets. It also supports some other social networking updates. Sending autoDM to new followers is also possible via this service.

3. FutureTweets
FutureTweets.com is a free service that lets you schedule your Twitter messages. Send it at a specific time in the future or send a reoccuring Tweet daily, weekly, monthly or yearly! It has got a very nice interface which is very easy to use.

4. Twitresponse
Setup your time on this service and it will tweet it automatically. Need a message sent 2 hours from now, no problem, setup a TwitResponse.

5. Twaiter
Ever had an idea for a tweet, but wanted to wait to send it at a specific time? With our enthusiasm (unhealthy addiction) for Twitter combined with our gallant attempt at adding enhancements to the Twitter platform, we know you’ll ‘love’ to Twitter on Twaitter.

To send a message in the future, first type in your message and select a date. Then, use at least one method of communication: Text, Twitter, or Email. If you enter a date in the past, it will be sent at the next time messages are sent out. Messages are sent from the server twice an hour.

7. LaterBro
With this service, you can send scheduled tweets to your twitter account and Facebook account as well! Its a great find.

8. su.pr
This default tweet sender from stumbleupon is also easy to use and you can schedule your tweets and use their default su.pr url shortener as well.

You can create your Twitter messages and Twitter updates here at Tweet-U-Later.com and tell us to post them at any future date and time. Schedule your Tweet now or tweet later… as many messages as you want.

10. PostLater
With PostLater you can schedule your tweets and much more. PostLater support a range of other publishing platforms and can be a good choice is you want to schedule stuff for multiple channels.

11. Twuffer
Twuffer allows the Twitter user to compose a list of future tweets, and schedule their release. Its drawback is that it allows hourly tweet and not on the time you want to set.

12. Tweetontime
This web 2.0 Twitter application has got one of the best interface I have ever seen amongst all the above listed tools. It has got a scheduler in which it displays your tweet.

13. TweetsQueue
TweetsQueue lets you build a queue of tweets for your Twitter account. The tweets in the queue will be twittered in a configurable time interval. This is great for collecting tweets while you are on an internet trip or you have a lot of things on your mind but you do not want to blow all the tweets out at once.

14. Taweet
Taweet (beta) is a social calendar and event promotion application for Twitter. Taweet adds a whole new dimension to your Twitter experience: the future. The casual format of Taweet allows users to answer one simple question, “What’s happening in the future?” … and search the future to see what others are doing. (Not so Impressive to me)

15. Your Take ?
Listed above are enough for your need but still if you want to add one more to this list, then you may surely leave a comment below and suggest me some nice apps to perform this task. Let me know which tool you use to schedule your tweets ? But wait, Don’t forget to follow me on twitter @bankerrahul and yes, I have missed Tweetdeck to list above but that is because its an application and not an online web 2.0 tool

I don't schedule tweets much, but when I do I use Hootsuite. I have heard about some of these, but didn't know that there were so many.
Thank you for the words, Sourav! well, to have choices is always good
I don't use all these stuff, but really a nice collection
Nice list, hootsuite is great. However the app I use the most for Twitter is MyVBO’s Twitter reader. It let’s you have multiple accounts and has a great scheduling feature and built in news reader.
Thank you for the add, Bob
looking forward to check it
I'm surprised you didn't mention Tweetdeck, which also enables scheduling future tweets.
yes you are right but as I have mentioned in my last paragraph, it is because Tweetdeck is an external application and not a web 2.0 tool
