they are called as breadcrumbs! Use wordpress SEO by yoast for all SEO features and yoast.com is also having a seperate plugin for breadcrumbs! check their site

breadcrumbs indicate the location of the page na..i mean if the page is with different categories then they will show the entire path na..am not asking abt that..i am asking how to get the next and previos posts links with titles of the post at the end of present post..
